Trails
Walk or bike your way to wellness on the Sentier NB Trail!
Your Passport to Wellness
To keep fit, imagine logging 550 km by walking or cycling the NB Trail system without ever leaving your community! We've developed a plan to help you do just that. Our Passport to Wellness helps you stay healthy by walking or biking the NB Trail System. The bonus is you don't have to leave your community to do it! How is this possible? Our Passport to Wellness calculates the distance of each of the 5 trails. Walking your local trail, keep track of the distance you travel and count it toward the entire trail system.
How to get started
Get your pedometer offer with your registration
Log your kilometres, calories and time in the tracking section of the passport. You can walk, bike or combine the two to reach your goal- it’s up to you.
After you have completed a section of trail, head to your designated “passport office” to have your passport stamped. Remember that each section of map is considered a section of trail. The distance indicated on the map is the amount of kilometres you must complete. You can choose the section you want to begin with.
When you complete a section, start all over, and begin tracking again. Ensure that you indicate the date you completed it in the appropriate place on the tracking sheet.
